Healthy Back Tips
There are additional things that you can do to alleviate stress and strain on your back and neck.
Sitting
If you have to sit for an extended period of time, you should attempt to move around every 20 minutes. Also, any additional support that you can provide to your back will be helpful – this can be as easy as a rolled up towel or magazine placed at the base of your back.
Bending
If possible, do not bend from the waist.
Recreational Dos & Don'ts
Remember that anytime you begin an activity – stretch your muscles beforehand and always stop your activity if any pain arises.
